ATS will be Supervising the 3 Logix Projects in Noida, Joins hands with Logix Group

Under the Logix deal, ATS PMC will deliver over 4,500 flats, 3 projects in an exceedingly phased manner. Initial part of delivery can happen in 2019-end.

Joining hands with Logix Group will lead to the completion of its 3 incomplete projects in Noida. ATS will supervise 3 projects, these are:

•                 Logix Blossom Greens,
•                 Logix Blossom County &
•                 Logix Blossom Zest.

ATS CMD Getamber Anand told TOI, “the firm has decided to enter the project management business to complete stalled projects in Noida. If a successful model is developed so as to expedite these projects, ATS Project Management Consultancy (ATS PMC) will explore more such partnerships with other developers in the region.“

Under the Logix deal, ATS PMC will deliver over 4,500 apartments spread over the three projects in a phased manner. First phase of delivery will happen in 2019-end. 

CMD of Logix Group Anand told, “Once the construction gets over and deliveries are made, buyers will have to pay the outstanding amount, which will create a substantial cash flow. considering ATS’ track record for on-time delivery. Delivery of these stalled projects will revive the confidence of customers.“

It is worth considering here that Logix Group has delivered around 3,800 flats in the three projects while another 400 flats will be up for delivery soon.

ATS PMC, along with Logix Group, will discuss with UP RERA, the Noida authority, financial institutions and other stakeholders, including buyers, to develop a mechanism so that the construction can be expedited and completed smoothly without any legal or financial liabilities obstructing the effort, Anand said (CMD of Logix Group).

ATS PMC can take up the unfinished projects and infuse correct management and strict construction schedules to deliver, as per the stipulated new timelines given to the purchasers, the corporate same.
